The pre-filter collection basket is made of PVDF while the pre-filter lid is transparent to facilitate surveillance and made of polycarbonate material.
All of the above give the pump a pressure resistance of up to 3.0bar. The pump motor follows the international standards EC 60034-30 on energy efficiency and is classified in energy class ΙΕ3 -PREMIUM (mandatory condition from 01/01/15 for three-phase applications). The rotation speed of the motor is set at 2825rpm while the frequency of 50Hz, its axis of rotation is made of stainless steel AISI 316-L. The pump is made to manage an hourly flow of up to 80m ³ / h therefore it is designed for suction inlet Φ90mm. For the fastest operation in terms of hydraulic efficiency, noise and product life, it is recommended that the suction speed does not exceed 1.5m / s and on the pressure side 2.0m / s.
