Ways to order

You may order and purchase our products in two ways: 1) An on-line order through our website www.pool-services.gr . Find the products that interest you through the search mechanisms or in various thematic webpages.

Press on the (Buy/Purchase) link next to the product that interests you and the product will go to you Purchase Basket/Cart which is a single one for any purchase you make during you visit to our website. (Please declare if you require a receipt of purchase if you are a private person, or an invoice if you are a professional.)As soon as you have finished with your with your choices, you will be taken through to a secure and certified connection where you will be asked to define the method of payment and delivery.

2) You may place your order by phone at international call number 0030(2109752920) on Mondays,Tuesdays,Wednesdays,Thursday,Friday 9:00-17:00 local Greek time.

Confirmation of Orders

Following your order, on condition that your order exceeds the amount of 300 euros, we will contact you by e-mail at your prescribed e-mail address) or by phone to confirm your order. If, despite our efforts, however, we are unable to contact you, your order will remain pending for a week, period after which your order is automatically cancelled. The e-mail you will be sent by us will include the products you ordered, their total price and the delivery method you have chosen.

Product availability

If any of the products you have ordered are not available, then our e-shop www.pool-services.gr will contact you at you e-mail or by phone within 24 hours from the confirmation of your order so that you are informed about their possible dispatch time. In such case, if you judge that this time does not satisfy your need, you have the right to ask a cancellation of that specific product. Any remaining products of your order can be executed as normal.

Order Dispatch Time

The execution of your order in its entirety and dispatch of products will be carried out through the www.pool-services.gr e-shop, within two working days for the whole of Greece following the reception of your order , with the exception of non availability of products of your order. Dispatches will be carried out on working days and times of commercial stores. in any other case you will be notified by e-mail regarding the delay of your order.

Partial or Whole Cancellation of your Order

Since orders are usually processed on the same day, you may cancel part or the whole of your order by phone, by13:30 on the same day (in case your order was made in the afternoon hours, μπορyou may callup to 13:30 the following day). Note:All prices are inclusive of V.A.T. (Value Added Tax)
