For the further completion of the transaction cycle (product dispatch, payment of due price, invoice issuing) pool-services.gr has the liability. Pool-services.gr cannot be held liable for defective products and/or false information referring to its suppliers’ merchandise. Any relevant liability burdens solely its individual suppliers.
Force Majeure (superior force)
If due to force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, work strikes) we are unable to dispatch the goods in the prescribed time (3 days to 1 week for the whole of Greece later than the day of the receipt of your order, with the exception of unavailability of products), we will contact you as soon as possible so that you can declare whether you wish, under those circumstances, the fulfillment of your order.
Pool-Services cannot be held liable to customers/clients/users of its e-shop for damages that may arise from the non-execution of our order. In addition, we are reluctant as for the dispatch time of its products in the case of force majeure. Finally, pool-services cannot provide any guarantee for the availability of products, but can guarantee the timely information of its final customers regarding their non-availability.
Packaging
The pool-services.gr store, which you have chosen and by which the dispatch of the ordered goods will be dispatched, undertakes the packaging of your order without any additional charge on your behalf.

The customer is offered the guarantee of the manufacturer for all products.

The quoted prices of products are final (VAT included). Pool-Services reserves the right to alter product prices without prior notice of the customer. It is presumed that in case the customer chooses to receive their order from our actual store (not our e-store), they are obliged to pay according to the prices prescribed in its catalogued price lists for the product(s) at the time the order is submitted or and executed.
