The network power supply PS 5SB, from Sigma Security, is a reliable, state-of-the-art switching power supply, for use in alarm systems, which works exclusively with S-PRO & AELOUS panels.It is in a metal box, with two Tampers to protect against opening the lid and against detaching from the wall and has a place for two 12V/7Ah batteries or one 12V/18Ah battery.The PS 5 SB power supply has an S BUS output, to be connected to the BUS of the S-PRO & AELOUS boards, through which all the information of the power supply is transferred to the board (power failure, overcurrent or output short circuit, low battery voltage, etc. etc.).It has four programmable 13.8VDC outputs and the maximum current it can provide is 5A in total, for powering devices and charging the battery. The current it will be able to give is programmed separately for each output.It features short circuit and reverse battery polarity protection, programmable battery charge current (400mA or 800mA), as well as outputs for battery failure, power failure and current overload.Finally, the power supply is Grade 3 certified.
