Solar pool pump Victoria plus Helios Astral

The Victoria Helios 500W solar pump is specially designed to be powered only by solar panels, without the need for batteries, generators or power supply. The pool timer is now the sun.When the sun is shining, you save money by discharging the cost of pool electricity from your account.
The disconnection time is estimated at about two years.The controller (panel) of the pump supplies the dc motor, using the latest Maximum Power technology.Point Tracking (MPPT) to ensure maximum supply under all lighting conditions. Protects also the pump from frequent starting in low conditions lighting, overheating and dry running.

About PV panels the recomended installed power is 1500 W at 70 VDC (Output voltaje of the whole solar panel installation). Panels configuration and installation depend on the place and the installer.

Controller with inverter
Turns the direct current from the solar panels into three phase current to feed the motor and control the speed (from 1000 to 4000 rpm)
Dry-run protection. The pumps stops if it is detected air in the pump.
Also a level switch can be connected to stop the pump.
MPPT System integrated. Increase the speed to get the maximum power from panels
Higher shut-off pressure at minimum flow (rpm > 3000)
