The steam generator ranges from 3kw to 24kw, can be selected for both family and commercial use, has ss304 welding water tank, ss316 UL certified heating elements which are necessary to prevent water scale and extend the use. Full automation, not only increases the comfort of steaming, but also can help achieve greater energy efficiency.
Maintenance:
Automatic washing = water scale prevention ≠ automatic descaling.
Washing / rinsing is to have several times fresh water rinsing tank and heating elements which can take out the soft water scale. The concealment is completely different, it talks about putting solution in the water tank, soak and then rinse, it is for reducing hard water scale.Manual descaling: There is a maintenance hole on the top of the steam generator, can put solution through the maintenance hole and let it soak for 2-3 hours and then rinse. (KEY & AIO models have maintenance hole)Automatic washing: it is done several times washing the tank with fresh water and the heating elements.
Maintenance hole: There is a post-service hole on the top of the steam generator, it can also be used as another steam outlet.Overheat protection: When the room temperature reaches 2°C higher than the setting, then all the heating elements stop working, steam generator in heat preservation state. If the water tank temperature exceeds 115°C, the steam generator will enter protection mode, the steam generator will stop heating. When the temperature is lower than 100°C, the steam generator will start working again. Sectional heating technology: Each generator has 3 groups of heating elements that provide section heating, from the first start, and the 3 groups work at maximum power and fast heating, when the room temperature is almost reached, then group 1 stops, when required temps are reached, then group 2 stops. Group 3 alternates on and off to maintain the room temperature
